Double Michael: X-Men & Jane Eyre

It really does take a chameleon actor like Michael Fassbender to be in two movies that are polar opposites of each other in regards to audience demographics. One is a comic book anti-hero beloved by nerdy fanboys across the globe, and the other is an 18th century brooding and tormented misunderstood gentleman of olde English tymes loved by period literary female fans across the globe.

Today, we have new information on both X-Men: First Class and a new clip from Jane Eyre. Announced late yesterday, 20th Century Fox created the X-Men Facebook page where they said they would reveal the first trailer of the movie and heavily featuring Michael as Magneto. I can't wait to see it! So go check out the Facebook page of X-Men today and be one of the first to see it.

Secondly, yesterday we saw the second Internet trailer for Jane Eyre. It's shorter than the first one, and it's nearly in shadow as a sexy Mr. Rochester is all up in Jane's personal space, whispering tantalizing words of appreciation and borderline lust. Yeah, bring it!

The Jane Eyre 2006 DVD is my favorite adaptation. Ruth Wilson and Toby Stephens was spectacular in that version. It would be hard topping that but I'm looking forward to watching the 2011 film nonetheless. :)
