I hope the Golden Globes, BAFTAs, and Oscars are paying attention to these smaller awards circuits, and see just how damn good Fassbender is doing. If these are any indication, then Fassy will definitely be nominated for the an Oscar.

He's getting so much recognition. It would be a shame if the BAFTAs, and the Oscars didn't follow suite. To be honest I don't have a whole lot of faith in the Oscars, but we'll see soon enough!

Oh, he already was nominated for a Golden Globe, how did I forget that?....

But the comment still applies for the BAFTAs and Oscars!

I'm going to be just slightly optimistic that Michael will be nominated for the Oscars. If Detroit, L.A. critics can recognize talent, hopefully Hollywood will too. If not, well, shame on them. Im glad Michael doesn't pay much attention to what the critics say good or bad. Seriously, why set yourself up for the emotional torture. One can easily become a slave to what others think. I think deep down he knows he's the *#% anyway.
