David Letterman Tonight!

Don't forget to watch The Late Show with David Letterman! Michael will be on tonight to promote 'Shame', and possibly 'A Dangerous Method' and 'Haywire'!

Also, the Charlie Rose show just put up last night's interview with Michael, so go here to check it out! I'm one of the few who don't watch TV, so I missed it last night. I will watch this when I get home. He looks good and very sophisticated.

ps. if you are on twitter, please follow me @fassfass I post a lot of links to articles and interviews on Michael which do not appear here at Fassinating Fassbender. And if you don't mind a few personal 'Simone' tweets, I encourage you to follow me. Thanks!

To be honest, I enjoyed Charlie Rose much, much more than Letterman. Letterman didn't seem as well prepared for this interview as Charlie Rose. He didn't even get Michael's jokes, either. On the contrary, the audience laughed and seemed enjoying them much. (That was quite ironic to me. A host doesn't get what even his audience get;)) Michael looked a bit nervous, but he was very adorable, playful and cute. Congratulations on his US talk show debut! Maybe next time, Craig Ferguson or Jimmy Fallon, I hope?

I found it hilarious that they couldn't get away from sexual references, no matter how they tried.

I'll watch the interview sometime today, as soon as it's available to view.

Letterman is no Charlie Rose, never will be, so the interview styles are polar opposites. One is cerebral, one is pure schtick and fun.
