Fassy Friday

Have you picked up a copy of Esquire UK yet? It came out on the newsstands yesterday, and tumblr has had a field day with the additional photos of Michael Fassbender from his cover story. This one in particular just takes the cake. I don't think the man has full control over when his 'Come to Me' bedroom eyes start playing with the viewer along with presenting his hands in a coy 'Me? I'm innocent' gesture. It's, kinda sad really, because, he may not realize the affect it has on people. And if he does, that makes him a bonafide devious sexy bastard! :-)

Esquire UK June 2012 on sale NOW!

And nearly two weeks ago, there was the Tribeca Film Festival in New York City, where Michael made an appearance to support his short film that he produced, 'Pitch Black Heist'. Thankfully, the uber cool Fassinator Sidra was able to go to a screening of the film, and she kindly made some Youtube videos to share her experience. Please check them out to see and hear what she has to say. Thank you Sidra!

Per Sidra: Here's my review as promised:

And he's the bit of the Q&A with Gerardine the producer:

Here's also my experience of the whole shebang:

around 2:55 I mention meeting her and her telling me about how MF was there earlier in the week.

Edited to Add:

FF reader and Fassinator Meron was also able to attend TFF and she just emailed me this info! Thanks Meron!
Hi Simone!Just so you know I am a Fassinator too and I've been following your blog for a while which is awesome. That's how I found out about his appearance on Letterman a while back which I was able to get audience tickets for (so thanks!) I went to the premiere of Pitch Black Heist a few weeks ago at Tribeca Film Festival and got to meet Fassy himself! He was super nice and it's amazing that I managed to get all the words out of my mouth while talking to him because inside I was freaking out! Here's a pic if you are interested.
Thanks,

Meron
Meron, Michael, and friend

Meron, can you send me another copy of this, I can't change the orientation of this picture. Fixed!

For future consideration, if any of you  reading this blog are interested in sharing your Fassy experience, PLEASE don't be shy and just contact me, and with your permission, I will be happy to post it up here. It's fun reading what people have to say about their meeting Michael in person.

ps. I got all my grades back and I got all A's, maintained my 4.0 GPA. Yes!!!!

I'll fix it when I get home. The computer here at work... it's pathetic, the OP system is an outdated IE and they refuse to update the system. There's so much I cannot do on the computer while at work. It's frustrating.

As a graduate student myself, who've spent a year in the US, I know how hard it is to keep a 4.0 GPA.
So from one grad student to another: congratulations Simone! On this word I need to go back working on my PhD dissertation. I wish Michael could be my field of study, it would be so much easier, lol!
