According to comingsoon.net Michael has officially joined the cast of Lynne Ramsey's Jane Got a Gun.
The film, set to star Natalie Portman, features a script by Brian Duffield. Set to start shooting in early 2013, Jane Got a Gun centers on a woman who must ask an ex-lover for help in order to save her outlaw husband from a gang out to kill him.
Looks like our guy is going to have yet another full year but what else is new? ;)

Thanks for the news. 2013 will be a race for him, I hope he won't get exhausted.
This is very good news, it's nice to get a confirmation on a strong casting rumor as soon as possible. He's going to be very busy!
well, this is better then this "Frank" movie. i guess i dont like comedies.
I am excited about this project. I wonder if he's going to wear chaps, and what kind of an accent he'll have.
This is going to sound weird, but it wouldn't be entirely out of the question for him to use an Irish accent. And it might be a better idea than if he were to try to force a fake American western accent. There were so many Irish immigrants in the 19th century that it could be plausible to change the character's point of origin.
That star just keeps on shining. I wonder how Natalie Portman will feel having a male costar who is prettier than she is?
