The Frank Masks Have Arrived!

Thanks again to Printster.co.uk for sending us their last remaining Frank masks that became a Twitter phenomenon last week from the UK premieres of Frank. This was the only company making these masks and thereby making them instant collectibles for serious Fassinators!

As per this post last week, I announced that first come first served would receive a mask. However, in order to receive the mask, you agree to pay for the shipping and handling (two people are locals). I received ten (10) masks and after keeping one for myself, the nine lucky people who will get a mask are:

1. Martha
2. Elizabeth
3. JenLet
4. Myriam
5. Stephanie
6. Andrea
7. Guia
8. Marjan
9. Vera
10. Kimchi Lee
11. Christine H

You have until next Monday, 19 May to send me the shipping and handling funds via my Paypal email address (simonecromer@att.net). For those who do not respond, you will have forfeited the right to claim the mask which will allow the next persons who have expressed interest in receiving this mask to claim it. From first glance at the list, most people are from overseas, so please take into consideration that although these masks are FREE, the shipping and handling is a cost you'll have to review.

For US people, please send me $5, for overseas, send $10 US. PLEASE NOTE that when you send me the money via paypal that you as the sender pay the transaction fee. Those familiar with how Paypal works understand this. I hope the S/H fee isn't cost prohibitive for anyone, I'm trying to be fair as I have mailed many large letters/packages overseas and the post office always rip me off with higher than expected fees.

Thank you very much for your enthusiasm in this exclusive offer to the Fassinating Fassbender community, and in being prompt with processing your claim for your mask. And yes, I will send the mask in a sturdy large envelope so that it doesn't bend.

Yippee!!! Oh my! I have a PayPal account that I have not used in more than a decade. I better hope I can still get in. So excited!

So I thought long and hard about what to do with the mask. So one day when I meet Michael I will have him sign it and get my picture taken with him. Then I will frame them.

Ahhh! Can't believe it. Have I said how excited I am? :D

@Martha: or maybe you can go around in the mask for a couple of weeks!!!))) just to see everyone's reaction)))) and say your facial expressions out loud))))

Yay!!!!! They look incredible!
Thank you-thank you-thank you for letting me be involved in this amazing opportunity even if I'm just a newbie around here.

I'll let you know as soon as I've done with Paypal. I've sent out money only once, I hope I'm still able to figure out how to do it! ;)

What a wonderful way to start the day!!!!!

Ok, using Paypal is still the easiest thing in the world! :)
But my account has no money right now, I just made a transfer form my bank but I guess I'll have the money available on Paypal only tomorrow.

In the meantime, have a nice day/afternoon/night everyone! I'm still excited :D

@Vera - Hilarious suggestion. I work in a very corporate environment. I wonder what they would think? LOL. I am taking it to work though to show my two work friends who are in on the secret of my Fassbender obsession.

My boss would probably suggest a medical leave. I will try it on but don't want to get anything on it to keep it intact as I don't think the paper is treated to be preserved for a long time.

Vera were you able to see Michael at the premiere?

I'm going to frame mine against a really funky colorful background. It's the perfect size to fit in a picture 12x12 picture frame and it would be a great conversation piece. ;)

Guia, please email me your mailing address. Thanks!

Yes, of course!
Shall I use the email address of your Paypal account or the one on Gmail (the one I can read here in the right column)?

Thank you Stephanie and Andrea for your payments!

It appears that one mask may become available on Monday, so the person who just missed being in the original list will be added Monday morning.

:-)

@Martha: yes, I saw him, but only from a distance. Was not lucky enough!!! I wonder if I could if I had the mask on!!!!)))))))))

Christine H, contact me if you want the mask. You have until Wednesday.

All masks have been claimed and paid for. Thank you!

I'll be sending these out over the next two weeks. Thanks for your patience!

Once everyone gets theirs, could we have a blog entry with pics of everyone wearing their masks?

I have no plans of taking a picture and posting it, I think everyone has different levels of comfort when it comes to posting pics of themselves online with, or without a mask.
