Are You Thirsty for Some Michael Fassbender?

Michael we're thirsty for you! Share you with us!
I am! I admit it. It's starting to get a little dull not having lively news and information about Michael Fassbender. I am done moving so my focus is now back on things Fassy and it's a bit too quiet. The effects of there not being anything to discuss about Michael has altered my Sunday schedule of sending out a update of the Michael Fassbender bi-Weekly newspaper. And if last Wednesday's edition is testament to how paltry new information is about Michael at the moment, I had to edit the newspaper within an inch of its life because it had a hard time finding something NEW and fresh and clean to update about Michael. Now I know he's still working on Trespass Against Us based on that twitter picture of Michael wearing a 'Father shirt' with a lucky little girl who bumped into him on set, but other than that, there's been sightings of him here and there on holiday fun. But other than that, nothin'!

This has been a quiet summer of Fassy, and I'm wondering how the rest of you are coping? I don't follow other celebrities, and I do have many other things to work on and think about. But I've kind of come to rely on using Michael Fassbender news and the engagement with other fans as a nice distraction and to perk me up when life is a bit too heavy and chaotic. Michael Fassbender is like zen yoga for the mind and eyes and this picture I'm using for this update couldn't come at a better time.

Remember, Frank comes out in US theaters on August 16th, I hope it's not limited release.

So, are you thirsty for some Fassbender?

Yes it's been too quiet on the Fassbender front what has he been up to, will have to keep reading and poking around.

It's not cool when it's this quiet, it's as if there's simply nothing to discuss about him or questions people have. I'm always here for anyone if they want to start a discussion, but it's summertime and people may be busy or on holiday. But really, this is quite pitiful. Oh well, it'll pick up again.

Hell yeah I am!!! especially after intense campaign for X Men: DoFP, when we got updates almost every day. But it's life, one day we're overwhelmed and then there are dry spells.

I was actually commenting to a work friend how anxious I am for Fassy news. It does not help that you put up that picture Simone. Now I'm even more "thirsty".

I am looking forward to Frank. Thankfully I live in an area where we usually get these obscure movies almost right away. If I have to wait it will only be 1 or 2 weeks. Hopefully I won't' have to wait.

As much as it pains me to say, I'm glad Fassy is keeping out of sight. Most of the time when these Fassy sightings happen there is always speculation about his private relationships. Leave him alone! But I do like to know. So I don't know what I want.

I guess I do want to know about his life, I just don't want people to be rude about it.

Hey Father Fassbender tell him his good fans miss him. He could at least go to a premiere or something for the "nice" fans. :)

Parched over here! I've been cheating on Michael with Benedict though. I'm not as smitten with him, but he's a good crutch for now. I do really enjoy Sherlock though.

I'm torn as well. Glad he's getting down time from the lime light, but yeah. Those of us who are well-behaved fans would love a little attention. Perhaps a Twitter account just for us? LOL

Can't wait to see Frank!

it’s nice that things have quiet down a bit. You could say no news is good news. But it would be nice to hear at least some news ;)

I’ve just returned from a trip to London where I watched two plays, Julius Caesar in The Globe (with Anthony Howell) and The Crucible in the Old Vic starring Richard Armitage, what I wouldn’t call cheating, because if I’m cheating it’s with Michael… ;)
So from my point of view it’s a good thing that I don’t have to catch up with pages of news about new films, premieres or cancelled projects from Michael.

You guys bring up some cool Fassy alternatives during dry spells: Cumberbatch and Armitage. Two hot and fantastic, great actors.

@Christine, I flew to London back in 2007 to see Orlando Bloom on stage in the West End, a great experience, and I'll happily repeat it with Fassbender if he goes that route.

I'm trying to get my husband interested in seeing Cberbatch in Hamlet next year. Also in London.

Fassy news is just like real life...up and downs :)
The first few months of the year were really UP and now that there is not much info it is DOWN. The news wil come again, no doubt about that.

I'm not cheating. Although I must admit that I saw Nikolaj Coster-Waldau in 'a thousand times goodnight' and the only thing I can say "yummie" LOL.
