Macbeth is finally here, well, at least in limited release in the key cities like LA and NYC. I noticed today that a local theater has Macbeth on its Coming Soon roster, so I'm hoping that coming soon is next weekend. Just so you know, the LA Film Critics Association (LAFCA) will announce their annual winners this year on Sunday, 6 December (voting begins at 10am PST/1pm EST). LAFCA has been very receptive to Michael Fassbender in the past. Back in 2011, they loved him so much, they said, 'Shit Michael, you rocked out in A Dangerous Method, Shame, Jane Eyre, and X-Men First Class, you're our most favorite actor this year' (receipt). That's how sensible LAFCA is, so I'm hopeful they will be impressed with Michael for his work in the past 18 months (Frank, Slow West, Steve Jobs, and Macbeth).
It's always great to see Michael Fassbender in interviews, but to actually just listen to him on a radio interview is equally pleasing. Michael has such a handsome speaking voice, and it's all the more reason why you should listen to his National Public Radio (NPR) interview on Macbeth. Literally, Michael Fassbender could read the lost and found classified ads and people will pay to listen to him, I know I would.
